With all of the multiple trips our school has done over the last few months, I can honestly say Explorers have outdone themselves! We had many trips booked with another company as well, and they majorly let us down with buses not turning up at all, drivers taking our kids to the wrong places etc and with no explanations of what happened their customer service is just terrible!
With Explorers we had absolutely no problems at all and it was a comfort for our teachers and students knowing that we could rely on your service! So thank you very much again! School has finished for the year now but we will definitely being using your service again next year when the trips start
